As a federal prosecutor I saw first-hand the horrific and lasting impact crime has on innocent victims and their families. Now, as your Attorney General, I am deeply committed to protecting those victims inside and out of the courtroom.
The mission of the Crime Victims' Services Division is to stand up for and protect victims of crime in Oregon.
The Division helps victims of crime obtain essential medical treatment and counseling; fosters programs that reduce domestic and sexual violence and child abuse; promotes and defends victims' rights in the courtroom; and provides victims with access to information and resources with a compassionate, responsive and dedicated manner.
